A relatively short last task of 132.6km today, as the north wind is expected to strengthen in the Aspres area this afternoon.  Prize giving tonight.

Day 6 Task 4 - 2016-08-07 16:11

Much lighter winds today and a 250km race taking pilots south of Digne and then up to Morgon ,then back south before heading north-west back to Aspres. 7 pilots in goal.The results are online.

Day 5 - 2016-08-06 09:01

The wind is much less today but is still too strong for safe launching from the airfield and flying a task. Pilots may be free flying later today. Tomorrow looks much better.

Today is cancelled as we have strong winds from the north which will increase during the day.

Day 3 Task 3 - 2016-08-04 10:22

Stronger winds are forecast for this afternoon, so a shorter task (134km) has been set to keep pilots away from the mountains.
