- The competition will be conducted according to the valid FAI and OeAeC-Competition Rules for International Competitions and will be a FAI CAT 2 competition.

Eligibility requirements
- FAI Sport License
- Pilots national license with cross-country authorization, foreign pilots: License according to country list § 4 of the guest flight regulation (see here) or corresponding temporary guest flight license by an Austrian flight school.
- Registration via Livetrack 24 and paid entry fee
- Signed Release of liability, Waiver of Legal rights
- liability insurance valid in Austria with a minimum limit of 1.500.000€
- Participants of the Austrian League additionally: membership in the OeAeC and austrian sport license
- Airworthy and operational aircraft (EN A-D, CCC) and equipment with valid certification. A change of equipment during the competition is only allowed with the permission of the competition director. For the safety of the pilots and to achieve equality of opportunity, the competition management may carry out a weight check at any time. If a pilot flies his or her glider outside of the certification limits, he or she will be disqualified for that day. The paragliders must be flown in the certified configuration, the competition management can carry out a check at any time. Changes outside the certified configuration can be punished with disqualification.
- Helmet, rescue system as well as back protector
- PMR or 2m band radio
- The Covid-19 measures valid at the time of the competition must be complied with (most likely 2G for participation)
Competition tasks:
- Number of scheduled tasks: 4
- Minimum number of scored tasks: 1
- The flight tasks will be set by the task committee immediately before the start (briefing attendance required). Tasks depending on weather: buoy flights, race to goal, speedrun.
Retrieval
Retrieval will be decided on a task-by-task basis. It is our concern to keep the ecological footprint of the competition as small as possible. Accordingly, for Tasks in the local area, we will use public transportation or autostop. Public transport tickets can be billed with us in the competition office. If tasks lead through poorly connected areas or are planned as one-way tasks, then the retrieve will be organized classically with buses/small buses. The retrieve will only take place along main roads. The costs for this will also be covered by the organizer.
Decision on execution
The decision to hold or cancel the competition will be made by Tuesday, August 23, 10:00 a.m. and the decision will be announced on Livetrack 24 and on Facebook.
Complaints and protests
Protests must be submitted in writing to the chairman of the jury no later than 1 hour after the ranking has been posted. A protest fee of 50€ will be charged. If the protest is granted, this fee will be refunded. If the protest is not granted, a protest can be filed in further instance with the ONF. A protest fee of 100€ will be charged.
Documentation
Valid .igc GPS - Track log with altitude recording. Or if available Flymaster Livetracker. Each pilot must upload his track to livetrack24 by the time specified at the briefing.
Liability
Each pilot takes part in the event on his/her own responsibility and at his/her own risk. The pilot is responsible for the compliance with the regulations of the law; the organizer remains free of damages in any case. The organizer and the property owners do not take any liability for accidents, injuries or damages to third parties or objects as well as for lost objects. Participation in the event does not give right to any kind of legal claim or claim for compensation of any kind. The instructions of the organizer must be followed without exception.
The organizer as well as the landowners/holders of the take-off and landing sites do not assume any liability towards the pilots or third parties. Participation in the competition, transfer, retrieval and participation at the competition program is at your own risk. A corresponding liability disclaimer must be signed at the registration on site.

Selection
- Maximum number of pilots: 135
- Till the 15th of june 50 places are reserved for competitors of the austrian paragliding league and 60 places for the german paragliding league. On June 15th, the selection will take place among the already registered national pilots.
- The remaining places will be given to international participants, selected on the basis of the world ranking list as of 1st May 2022.
- Selected pilots will be asked to pay the entry fee by e-mail on June 16. This must be paid within 14 days. With the timely payment the participant is finally registered for the competition.
- Registrations after June 15, 2022 are selected according to the receipt of payment after online registration, provided that there are still starting places available.
- The competition management reserves the right to award wild cards.
- In accordance with the applicable regulations for dealing with COVID 19, the maximum number of participants may need to be reduced.
Entry fee
Amount: 140€ via bank transfer or 160€ cash at the on site registration
for the pilots selected at June 15th the payment deadline is June 30th. For registrations after June 15th the remaining places will be given according to the receipt of payment. Latest payment is at the on site registration.

The entry fee includes transfer to takeoff, launch/landing tickets, retrieval (see below for details), landing drink, a meal & drink at the evening with shared dinner and all the offers during the event. In case of no-show of pilots, the entry fee will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions, the entry fee - 20€ will be refunded, provided that the account details of the recipient are available. The competition is considered to have taken place when at least one task has been flown.

The exact program is yet to announce. The current program can be viewed on the competition page https://www.livetrack24.com/events/GO2022/de and will be adapted according to the current Covid-19 regulation. In addition, the program will be posted on site and info about the competition will be shared via WhatsApp group messages.
- Registration: Wednesday 24.08.2022, 15:00-19:00 at the competition office Fliegercamp.
- Opening Ceremony: Wednesday the 24.08.2022 at 19:30
- General Safety Briefing: Thursday the 25.08.2022 at 8:30 in the Fliegercamp Greifenburg

In addition, the charity PARA|DISE of the protestant church austria will offer a non-flying program, lectures in the evenings, morning meditations and evening closings.

- Serial EN A - D (Female from 5 competitors)
- Sport EN A – C (from 10 Competitors | Female from 5 competitors)
If there are not enough female competitors for the scoring categories there will be only an overall female ranking
